New Futures staff is dedicated to improving the lives of the children and families we serve. Not all organizations have great programs and great management. New Futures is proud to say we excel on both.

82% of staff is bilingual and throughout our four sites, our large and diverse direct services staff speaks 15 languages. Many are immigrants, and 16% were formerly served by New Futures. 55% of staff lives in South King County.
